2. Purpose of the processing of personal data.

The personal data provided by the user, associate, client or supplier are going to be treated with the purpose of improving the commercial treatment and obtaining a correct commercial and administrative management.

The personal data provided shall be retained while the business relationship is kept, or as long as it is not requested by the customer, partner or user for a period of five years from the last contact.

3. What is the legitimation for the treatment of your data?

The legitimation for the treatment of the data comes from the consent given by the associate, client, user or supplier, when establishing the contractual relationship explicit or implied between the two parts. In case of not being an associate, client or supplier, only user of our website, the legitimation comes from the consent given when coming voluntarily to our company.

4. Which recipients will your dta be communicated at?

As a general rule, the personal data treated will not be ceded to third parts, except in cases that a law so foresees, as is the case of the city Council of Valencia or the Generalitat Valenciana, and always with a legitimate interest.

In any case, data could be transferred in cases of prevention of a real danger, punishment of criminal offences or for a specific investigation (for example a request of the police).

Data may only be transferred for other purposes, if previously the associate, customer, supplier or user has been duly informed.

5. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether in the Sellers Association of the Central Market of Valencia we are treating personal data that concern them, or not.

People concerned have the right to access to their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of the inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data that is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

In certain circumstances, the interested parts may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defense of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the inerested parts may oppose the processing of their data. In these cases, we will stop treating the data, except for legitimate reasons, compelling or before the exercise or defense of possible claims.

6. Communications.

Sporadically we carry out advertising or promotional communications of the products and activity of the market. At any time, you may contact us to revoke consent or oppose such communications.

7. Data Protection Delegate.

This association does not currently perform large-scale data processing according to the new regulations in force, so at the moment it does not requiere the figure of the Data Protection Delegate.

8. International data transfers.

We do not treat data that supposes a flow of personal data from the Spanish territory to recipients established in countries outside the European Economic Espace that need to require authorization or supervision by the Spanish Agency of Data protection.

9. Claims.

To resolve any controversy in this matter derived from our relationship, you may contact the Spanish Agency of Data Protection, as control authority.
